Do I need an API integration?
No. You can use the Client Portal to send individual or bulk rewards. An API integration is available when you want to connect RedeemLink to your own platform.
How does bonus value work?
The bonus is a percentage of the reward value. For example, a $25 reward with a 5% bonus gives the recipient $26.25 in total reward value. Your bonus percentage and funding terms are confirmed for your program.
When is reward value charged?
Reward value is charged only when, and for the amount, the recipient successfully redeems. Bonus funding and any other applicable charges follow your program’s agreed terms.
Can I send rewards in bulk?
Yes. Use the Client Portal to send RedeemLink rewards to multiple recipients by email or SMS and track your orders.
Is the recipient experience white-label?
